Blocked IP Time Problem - 2007/08/19 08:45

I find out a small problem ... In Spam Statistics - Blocked IP Time
In my Vispan.conf , the blocked IP time is 14400 # 10 days
and the Spam Statistics page show 10 dys when a new IP added,
everything seem alright, but the time will count down and release the IP in 1 day.
I make a simple test , I write down a IP with all the info.
ex.
1 30 min 190.45.11.156 pc-156-11-45-190.cm.vtr.net
after 1 min, I try to refresh , It show me ..
1 20 min 190.45.11.156 pc-156-11-45-190.cm.vtr.net
what should I modify ? Thanks a lot,
I hope you can understand what I mean.
