How to remove incorrect "spam" source? - 2008/04/01 19:55 I have an IP that Vispan thought was spam and added to my access file (and it also shows up on Vispan's "spam" page, of course). What is the proper way to remove this single IP? Can I just remove it from the access file? Or do I need to do something more?

I removed it from the access file, rebuilt the access.db from it, and restarted MailScanner (which does the sendmails and such too). But, it appears to still be blocking emails from that IP. What did I miss?

Thanks.

Re:How to remove incorrect "spam" source? - 2008/04/01 22:18 At the command line you can type:

vispan -r <ip address> and it will remove the ip address from vispan and whatever blocking method you are using.
