The system load info is taken from your systems /proc directory, all other graphs rely on Vispan understanding your configuration enough to parse the mail log correctly.
I have no experience with Vispan and Postfix together but I would try to run Vispan from the command line to see if you get any errors that way. Also, is the /tmp/virtmpfile created every 10 minutes from the cron job? It should contain everything Vispan is interested in from the mail log the last 10 minutes. Check the timestamp and contents of that file.
I find it strange that you have specified clamd as your scanner and the Vispan page you linked to says that you have MailScanner 4.55, clamd wasn't supported until 4.61. Does your system pass MailScanner --lint?
